Please read the following before starting your application.

If you have never attended SRJC OR have not attended SRJC within the last year (or two semesters), please proceed directly to the application form:

NOTE: It is recommended that all applicants use ID.ME to verify their identity when applying to SRJC. Not completing ID.ME verification BEFORE applying to SRJC may result in application processing delays!

Step 3: Check and Understand Your Placement

CHECK AND UNDERSTAND YOUR PLACEMENT

Assessment for placement is one of the critical steps to help students start on a successful pathway in college. It is also critical that you understand your placement options, and your rights to access transfer-level coursework. Learn More.

NOTE TO TRANSFER STUDENTS: It is recommended that students with transfer credit from other colleges review the How to meet course prerequisites/corequisites (FAQ).

Step 4: Counseling

Counseling

The Ed Plan workshop is your first point of contact with a counselor. Ed Plan Workshops will be offered mid-February-May.

If you are a new student who is currently enrolled in your senior year of high school, please wait to sign up for the workshops.

If you are a new student (not in high school) and in need of an Ed Plan, please contact our Santa Rosa office at (707) 527-4451 or the Petaluma office at (707) 778-3914 for a phone, zoom, in-person drop-in.

Check Status

Check your priority registration assignment, Financial Aid status, required course prerequisites, and pay fees. Login to the Bear Cub Hub

Step 6: Register for Classes

Register for Classes

During priority assignment or open registration, login and register for classes in the "Student Registration & Records" card. Login to Bear Cub Hub.

Step 7: Attend a Welcome Day Event

Attend a Welcome Day Event

Welcome Day is a new and returning student orientation. It is an opportunity to meet faculty and staff, discover our innovative learning spaces, and get a jumpstart on the semester by purchasing books and parking passes, finding classrooms, getting your student ID, and meeting your fellow new SRJC students. The day also includes food and fun activities to celebrate the many successes you'll have in the coming year. View the current Welcome Day Schedule

Prepare for Class/Take Care of Business 

Purchase Student ID Card with CubCard Premium, parking permit and books. Login to the Bear Cub Hub to Purchase
