Transcripts with Spring 2025 enrollment will be processed beginning the second week of June.
The Pick-Up option is suspended until the third week of June.
Ordering Official Transcripts Online
SANTA ROSA JUNIOR COLLEGE NOW WORKS WITH PARCHMENT FOR ALL OFFICIAL SRJC TRANSCRIPT ORDERS.
If you placed orders in the past, please make sure to clear your browser cache so that you are not misdirected to the wrong transcript ordering service.
Official SRJC transcript requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Transcript Ordering Information
- CSU-GE or IGETC Certification Request Form
A completed CSU-GE IGETC Certification Request Form must be uploaded as an attachment when ordering Official Transcripts online.
• A CSU-GE or IGETC Certification is done when you request your final transcript be sent to the CSU-UC school to which you are transferring.
• Final grades for CSU-GE or IGETC courses must be posted to the academic record before certification can be done.
• If you are a high school student or if you have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, you do not need this certification.See above instructions for Ordering Transcripts Online then follow these steps:
1. In the Add Attachments section, click on Add Attachment
2. Upload your completed CSU-GE IGETC Certification Request Form
3. Allow up to 5 working days for this form to be processedTo review your General Education status:
1. Sign in to the SRJC Portal
2. Click on My Records
3. Choose Progress to Completion under Graduation
4. Choose General Education Certificate Audit

Santa Rosa Junior College waives the Transcript Fee for the first two ever ordered. Requests for free transcripts must be submitted using this form: Free Transcript Request. Free transcripts can only be issued by the Office of Admissions and Records and will be mailed via 1st Class Mail only. See pricing below for subsequent request:

Payment Methods

Because of current delays in US Mail delivery, we recommend choosing Electronic Delivery for all transcripts. Electronic Delivery provides updates notifying you of the status of your order.
If you are sending your transcript to a:
- California Community
- College California State University (CSU)
- University of California (UC)
We recommend that you choose the Electronic Delivery Option. You will need to check with your individual school to find out their policies for receiving Incoming Electronic Transcripts and it will be your responsibility to obtain any email addresses.
International transcript requests must be sent electronically.

Transcript Matching Form Instructions
- Request an Official Transcript to be sent to the College/University.
- In the Add Attachments section, click on Add Attachment
- Upload your completed Transcript Matching Form.
Transfer College Report InstructionsYou must complete and sign the top portion of the College Report prior to sending it to us. Any Report sent to us without the top portion completed will be returned.
With Official Transcript
- Request an Official Transcript to be sent to the College/University.
- In the Add Attachments section, click on Add Attachment
- Upload your completed College Report Form.
- Allow up to 5 working days for this form to be processed.
Without Official Transcript
- Email the forms with the student portion completed and signed to Megan Williams for processing.
- Please include your Student Identification Number.
- Include a list of all the Colleges & their mailing addresses or email addresses where you would like the report sent.
- Allow up to 5 working days for this form to be processed.

- Other Attachments
Only documents pertaining to your official SRJC record can be sent along with your transcripts. This would include:
- CSU-GE/IGETC Certification Request Form
- College Report

We cannot send the following types of attachments:
- Transcripts from another school
- SRJC does not send transcripts from other schools to four-year universities or other institutions.
- Resumes
- Cover letters
- Letters of recommendation
- Common App Midterm Report
- Copies of your current schedule

- Track Your Order
Login to your parchment account to check the status of your transcript order.
- Replacement Transcripts
Mailed Transcripts
- Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery by the US Postal Service.
- Your transcript will be considered lost after 3 weeks from the date it was sent. We can send out a replacement copy at that time.
- We are not able to offer tracking information for mailed transcripts.
- If you accidentally provided an incorrect address on your initial order, we can correct this prior to it being sent. After it has been sent, a new order must be placed.
- After 30 days from the day it was first sent, the order is considered expired. No further action may be taken. A new order must be placed.
Electronic Transcripts
- Your transcript should be available to your recipient within 24 hours from when it is sent.
- If you accidentally provided an incorrect email address on your initial order, we can correct this prior to it being sent. After it has been sent, a new order must be placed.
- The retrieval link expires after 30 days.

- Unofficial Transcripts
Available through Student Portal for free at any time.
- Sign in to the SRJC Portal.
- Click on My Records
- Choose View Grades (Unofficial Transcript) under Transcripts and Verifications
- Once your Unofficial Transcript is viewable, you can print the transcript by right clicking on the page.
Unofficial Transcripts are not available for records prior to Fall 1981. For records prior to Fall 1981, you will have to order an Official Transcript.
