- EW-Covid pertains to courses taken spring 2020 through spring 2023 semesters. This EW-Covid option is no longer available after spring 2023.
- Excused Withdrawal (EW) – medical, accident or other extenuating circumstances should be used for Spring 2018 and forward.
- No refunds will be issued with an EW symbol.
- Students should view their class schedule for specific drop deadlines for each course.
- Students receiving financial aid should consult with the financial aid office to understand implications to their student aid before dropping a course.
- Student should speak with their counselor if they have additional questions prior to submitting their petition.
