Santa Rosa Junior College works with the National Student Clearinghouse for SRJC official transcript orders.

ALL official SRJC transcript requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
If you need your transcript held for your final semester grades, be sure to select “After Grades are Posted” when you get to the Select Transcript and Delivery Details Screen. Transcripts will then be held until End-of-Semester processing is completed, usually around the second week of January.
Orders placed after December 10, 2020 will automatically be held until grades are posted.
