Dear SRJC Students, 
A new student portal, the Bear Cub Hub, is coming to SRJC in Spring 2026. The Bear Cub Hub will be your gateway to managing your student experience, from coordinating, registering, and paying for classes to accessing financial aid and other important SRJC information.
To get ready, you will need to ensure you have access to your Bear Cub email (@bearcubs.santarosa.edu). In the coming months, you will receive a new SRJC Student ID Number in your Bear Cub inbox. This will replace your current Student ID Number and will be used to access the Bear Cub Hub for all future SRJC interactions.
1. To access your Bear Cub email:
- Log in as a new user with your current Bear Cub email address at: https://mail.google.com.
- Use your current SRJC Student ID Number as the password, unless you have previously changed it
- If you do not know your current Student ID Number or password, visit the Login Help Page.
2. Don’t know your Bear Cub email?
- If you don’t have a Bear Cub email - or can’t remember your login information - you can request details here.
- If you are a continuing student who hasn’t logged into your Bear Cub account since 2023, you need to request a new Bear Cub account.
SRJC will send correspondence to your Bear Cub email exclusively starting January 2026.

Un nuevo portal de estudiantes, el Bear Cub Hub, llegará al SRJC en la primavera 2026. El Bear Cub Hub será tu vía de acceso para manejar tu experiencia estudiantil, desde coordinar, inscribirte y pagar tus clases, a acceder a ayuda financiera y otra información importante del SRJC.
Para utilizarlo, tendrás que asegurarte de que tienes acceso a tu dirección de correo electrónico de Bear Cub (@bearcubs.santarosa.edu). 1. Para acceder a tu correo Bear Cub:
- Ingresa como un nuevo usuario con tu dirección de email actual Bear Cub en: https://mail.google.com.
- Utiliza tu actual Número de ID de Estudiante del SRJC como la contraseña, a menos que la hayas cambiado previamente.
- Si tú no sabes tu actual Número de ID de Estudiante o contraseña, visita la Página de Ayuda para Ingresar.
2. ¿No sabes tu correo Bear Cub?
- Si no tienes una cuenta de correo Bear Cub – o no recuerdas tu información para entrar - puedes solicitar los detalles aquí.
- Si eres un estudiante que continúa y no has ingresado a tu cuenta Bear Cub desde 2023, tienes que solicitar una nueva cuenta Bear Cub .
El SRJC empezará a mandar la correspondencia exclusivamente a tu correo de Bear Cub, a partir de enero 2026.
